Livingston County Library holding new children's program

The Livingston County Library in Chillicothe will be holding a new children's program starting this September.

Wee Read Story Time is a children's program geared towards children who have yet to start school, but the program is open to the public. Livingston County Library Children Services Coordinator, Jodi Moore, says along with all of the activities, parents are highly encouraged to join in.

"The Story Time is made for children who have not started school yet but of course it is open and everyone is welcome.  We read about 3 picture books.  We do some songs, some finger plays.  We do a welcome and a goodbye song.  And we encourage parent participation."

Wee Read Story Time at the Livingston County Library in Chillicothe is held every Tuesday starting on September 3rd, at 10 a.m. For more information, call the Children's Department at 660-646-0563.
